01Free consultation
Schedule a free consultation or an in-person tour of the Brooklyn showroom to see if Next Gen Vans is a good fit. We talk through your program, your population, your funding timeline, and the workflow the vehicle has to support.

02Quote + 3D model
After understanding your needs we provide a quote and a 3D model of your ideal mobile unit. Budget-ready pricing your board, grants manager, or procurement team can put in writing.

03Secure your build
A $10,000 deposit secures your build slot and timeline. The deposit goes toward the total cost. At this stage we also help you source the vehicle.

04Start your build
Before we cut any holes in the van, we ask for 50% of the total upfront. We send milestone updates throughout the build, chassis prep, interior rough-in, electrical and HVAC integration, finish work, and quality control.

05Enjoy your van
When the build is complete to your standards, the remaining balance is due. We deliver nationwide and train your staff on every system. Mercedes Sprinter warranty (3 yrs / 36k mi) is supported through the dealer network; electrical (5 yrs), interior (1 yr), and appliances (~3 yrs) are warrantied through us.
