Why right-sized matters
A Sprinter or box truck under the CDL threshold is a fundamentally different operational model than a 40-foot bus or a towed trailer. It parks on a city block. Any staff member can drive it. It deploys in five minutes and moves to the next location after lunch. For most outreach, enrollment, command, and clinical work, the right-sized vehicle gets used every day. The oversized one sits in a yard.
