01What does a build actually cost?
Ranges: Sprinter outreach $120–220K, clinical Sprinter $180–280K, box truck $180–280K+, specialty (mammography, MAT) significantly more. Your program drives the range, we’ll scope the specifics on a consult.
02How long does a build take?
Typically 4–6 months from deposit to delivery, depending on chassis availability and complexity. Grant-timeline builds start earlier with a held spec.
03Do you provide budget-ready pricing before we’ve secured funding?
Yes, this is one of our differentiators. We regularly produce line-item pricing for grant proposals, Form 5B cost proposals, and board packages before any commitment.
04Can you finance the vehicle?
Yes. As a Mercedes-authorized dealer, we can finance vehicle and conversion together through Mercedes. Third-party financing options also available.
05Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Delivery and training included in most builds. We’ve delivered across the US.
06What warranty do you provide?
Mercedes Sprinter chassis: 3 years / 36,000 miles through the Mercedes commercial network. Electrical system: 5 years. Interior build-out: 1 year. Appliances: approximately 3 years (varies by manufacturer). All warranty terms confirmed at contract execution.
07Do I need a CDL?
For Sprinter builds: no. For box truck builds: no, we engineer to stay under the 26,001 lb GVWR threshold. See our DOT guide for details.
